Sources
Statements about approved medicines come from their FDA prescribing information. Statements about regulation come from FDA notices and published legal analysis. Every page that makes such claims lists its sources at the bottom, with links.
No dosing advice
We never recommend a dose. For approved medicines we quote the dose steps on the official label and link it. For products without approved labelling, charts show a range of amounts to illustrate the arithmetic and say so.
How pages are produced
Pages are drafted with the help of software tools, including AI writing assistants, and then edited and checked against the listed sources before publishing. Calculator code is covered by automated tests described on the methodology page.
Updates and corrections
Each page shows the date it was last updated. We review pages about regulation whenever the rules change. To report an error, email contact@babynamewise.com.
